This is our last Saturday Open Garden at Gaiety Hollow for the year. Come explore the home garden of Elizabeth Lord and Edith Schryver. Lord & Schryver were the first female landscape architects in the Pacific Northwest to own and operate a landscape architect business (1929-1969). The garden at Gaiety Hollow is a beautiful example of their landscape work and features their original design of the garden. Admission is free with donations gratefully accepted to assist in the care of this National Register of Historic places property. Parking along east side of Church Street or at Bush’s Pasture Park lot. Gaiety Hollow is at 545 Mission Street SE (2nd house to the east of High and Mission) we’ll also have the alley gate open to welcome visitors.
