• Camping and Parking Rate Hikes Kick In Around Oregon, Coastline (beachconnection.net) — New statewide camping and day-use parking fee hikes are now in effect at many Oregon parks, which will impact Seaside residents heading out for coastal or inland getaways. While no Seaside lots are listed, more beach accesses now charge for parking, and federal sites in nearby Tillamook and other counties may also see higher recreation fees after a public comment period that runs through mid-July.
