ā¢ Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 25 (portland.gov) ā Wood Village is part of the area served by East Metro SWAT, which plans to use new federal grant dollars to replace aging precision rifles used in highārisk incidents. The same Justice Assistance Grant will also fund a new armored response vehicle and youth violenceāprevention program in Portland, plus justiceāintegrity and expungement work at the Multnomah County District Attorneyās Office.
