• Teen who ran stop sign in crash that killed girl, 3, did not have PA license: troopers (local21news.com) — A 19-year-old Abbottstown resident is facing serious charges after state police say she drove without a valid license and ran a stop sign, leading to a crash that killed a 3-year-old in Reading Township. Investigators report the child was not in a car seat, and several people in both vehicles were hospitalized. The driver remains in Adams County Prison on $100,000 bail.
