This week, the Abington Senior High School Key Club donated the proceeds of the “Score Big Against Breast Cancer” event to four partner organizations.
A total of $4,700 was split evenly between Memorial Hospital’s Rosenfeld Cancer Center; the Breathing Room Foundation; the Terry Hanifin Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization.

The event kicked off with an Abington football game versus North Penn — the coaches from both teams each have mothers who are breast cancer survivors. The theme was “Think Pink!”
