“Now in my fourth year, I believe this lineup is the most eclectic yet...celebrating diverse voices from across our entire region! I cannot wait to share it with everyone," said Series Producer Joe Montone.
The opening night on June 18 will feature Birdie Busch with special guests the Holmesburg Jam.
88.5 WXPN FM welcomes Birdie Busch, a Germantown native whose latest record, Night Blooming, was released in March 2026 on PIAPTK Records.
The Holmesburg Jam, identified as Jenkintown’s own, will open after playing together in a jam circle since 1972.
The June 25 concert will bring West Philly Orchestra to the series. The band began in 2006 as a weekly potluck and jam session in a West Philadelphia backyard, according to the announcement, and draws inspiration from the “fanfares” and “orkestras” of Eastern Europe.
On July 2, the series will mark America 250 with tributes to The Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. Local tribute acts The Limit and Yesterday’s Gone will re-create a 1976 concert by the two rock bands called Jubilation, according to the announcement.
The next concert will feature jazz performers Hailey Brinnel and Mervin Toussaint. The announcement described Brinnel as a trombonist, vocalist and educator based in Philadelphia, and said she was a finalist in the 2021 Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition and was named one of GRAMMY.com’s “10 Emerging Jazz Artists to Watch.”
The final night will feature Owen Stewart with openers Speeding Arrow. The announcement said Stewart has been championed by WXPN and performs with a 16-piece Philadelphia band, while Speeding Arrow brings a Montgomery County mix of blues, folk, rock and psychedelia.
