Want to journal more consistently but aren't sure where to start?
The Journaling Reset is a low-pressure monthly meetup designed to help you reconnect with journaling as a supportive practice for reflection, creativity, self-awareness, and connection.
Each month, we'll gather for a grounding practice, an optional guided journaling prompt, and dedicated time to put pen to paper. Prompts may explore personal growth, relationships, seasonal transitions, gratitude, values, emotions, creativity, or the stories we tell ourselves.
And there's no right way to journal here.
You don't have to be a “journal person.” You don't have to share what you write. You don't even have to finish the prompt. You can write, doodle, reflect, listen, or simply enjoy some quiet time in community.
We'll also explore ways to make journaling feel more supportive, especially if your current practice tends to turn into overthinking, rumination, self-criticism, or what some call “toxic journaling.”
Come for the prompt. Stay for the community. Return each month to build a journaling practice that actually feels good.
Second Friday of each month | In Person + Virtual | Adults 18+
Bring your favorite journal and something to write with. We'll provide the space, the prompt, and the permission to write your own way.
Share if you want. Listen if you prefer. Your journal is yours.
