JENKINTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Jenkintown Food Cupboard is making it easier for people to get food donations by launching a new service.
The Jenkintown Food Cupboard has launched Grab'n Go, a service designed to make food distribution more efficient for everyone.
By delivering pre-packed groceries directly to patrons' vehicles, the food bank is significantly reducing wait times and improving traffic flow.

"This change helps prevent long lines on our streets, ensuring a smoother experience for our patrons and a more organized environment for our neighbors," the food bank said. "It’s our way of providing fresh, nutritious essentials while being a mindful partner to the Jenkintown community."
The Jenkintown Food Cupboard is thanking the community for consistently dropping off bags, stating that the steady donations have been a great help.

"As we continue to serve more neighbors, our need for handled grocery bags and plastic produce bags (for meat) remains high," the food bank said. "If you have any extra, we’d love for you to keep them coming. Thank you for your ongoing kindness and for making it possible to assist so many neighbors in need."
