Hatboro-Horsham Musical Theatre to Perform Fiddler on the Roof

Hatboro-Horsham Musical Theatre is proud to present the musical Fiddler on the Roof. Performances are scheduled April 27 through April 30, 2017, at Hatboro-Horsham High School.

The musical, which is based on a book by Joseph Stein, made its stage debut in 1965 and has entertained audiences for decades. Set in a Russian village in 1905, Tevye, husband to Golde and father to five daughters, struggles to maintain his Jewish religion and cultural traditions as outside influences intrude upon his family’s life. Audiences will be charmed by the life-affirming story of how this poor milkman’s love, pride and faith help him face the oppression of turn-of-the century czarist Russia.

Performances will take place April 27 through April 30, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. A 3:30 p.m. matinee is scheduled for Sunday, April 30th.
