Shots Fired During Robbery In Willow Grove Park: Abington Police

According to police, the victim was meeting someone at Crestmont Park to purchase an item that was advertised online.

WILLOW GROVE, PA — Abington Township Police are investigating a robbery incident in a township park during which a gun was fired on New Year's Day.

According to police, the incident occurred at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday in the area of Crestmont Park in Willow Grove.

Police said shots were fired in the area.

According to police, the victim was meeting someone at the park to purchase an item that was advertised online.

No one was hurt in the incident.

Police are investigating the incident.
