Sexual Assault Suspect Charged In Hatboro
The Hatboro Borough Police Department has detained a 19-year-old man in a sexual assault and strangulation incident. Dominic DiGiulio was wanted after police began an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred on the 200 Block of Jacksonville Rd. on July 26. (Read More)

SEPTA Proposes Regional Rail Fare Hike, Dropping Discounts
Facing a $240 million annual budget deficit, SEPTA Thursday announced a regional rail fare increase and the elimination of some travel discounts. SEPTA said the proposed fare adjustments would go into effect on Dec. 1. With the state budget providing less than one-fourth of what the authority requested and the exhaustion of federal COVID relief funds, SEPTA said the need for a permanent solution grows more urgent by the day. Vehicle Break-Ins On Rise In Cheltenham Twp.
Like neighboring Abington Township, the Cheltenham Township Police Department said it is seeing similar crimes regarding stolen vehicles and theft from vehicles. Police urge residents to make sure their vehicles are locked at also seeing similar crimes regarding stolen vehicles and theft from vehiclestimes, and all valuables are removed while left unattended. $442K Grant Coming For Traffic Signal Upgrade In Abington
Abington Township is getting a municipal traffic signal upgrade from the Shapiro Administration. Gov. Josh Shapiro and Department of Transportation Secretary Mike Carroll announced that 73 municipalities will receive over $30 million to support traffic signal upgrades. The township will receive $442,480 for the full modernization of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Fitzwatertown Road (Route 2038) and Old Welsh Road (Route 2029). (Read More)
Arby's Now Has Opening Date In Warminster
The Arby's in Center Point Place in Warminster now has an opening date. The franchise owners of the fast food chain known for its roast beef sandwiches posted on the Warminster Community Group Facebook page that the Street Road location will be opening soon. "Dear friends and neighbors, we are excited to be joining this wonderful neighborhood and community soon and opening soon," the franchise owners said. "We have started hiring now." (Read More)
