PENNSYLVANIA —Fans can’t see the action in person, but can still find plenty of places to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the world’s biggest soccer tournament, in the Philadelphia region.

Fans from around the globe will come to North America for matches that are being played across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The 2026 World Cup runs 39 days through July 19. It started on Thursday.

For the first time, the tournament will feature 48 teams, making it the largest World Cup ever.

Eleven U.S. cities — Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, Seattle and Rutherford, New Jersey — are hosting matches.

Here’s when World Cup matches will be played, who’s playing, and where fans can watch on TV or streaming.

Several sports bars and restaurants will showcase the event throughout the Philadelphia region.

Here are some of the places in the Philadelphia region you can check out to watch the soccer matches:

  • Iron Abbey, 680 Easton Road, Horsham Township — The gastro pub is hosting watch parties and offering food and drink specials.
  • Neshaminy Creek Brewing CompanyThe craft brewery will host watch parties complete with food trucks for the U.S. matches. The brewery has three locations In Bucks and Montgomery counties.
  • Chickie's & Pete's — With locations at the Parx Casino and in Warrington, Chickie's & Pete's restaurants offer crab fries and drinks while showing World Cup matches on the sports bar's many big screens. If games fall within happy hour, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Chickie's and Pete's will offer its discounted food and drink specials menu.
  • Kings Corner, 603 Summit Ave., Jenkintown — The soccer-themed bar serves English-Scottish pub grub, and offers brunch on weekends while showing soccer games.
  • Hooters, 240 N. Gulph Road, King of Prussia — The iconic establishment offers its classic wings and drinks and soccer games on the big screen.
