1. Officials said a pregnant Pennsylvania woman died, along with her baby and a 12-year-old boy, in a crash while they were on their way to Niagara Falls over the weekend. 2. "An evening of radical trivia" is in store for attendees of a naked trivia night at a Pittsburgh bar, said organizers — and yes, they'll be answering questions in the buff. The Pittsburgh Area Naturists are planning the nude quiz session at an establishment in the city's North Oakland neighborhood. (Read more on Patch.)

3. Bam Margera will have a hearing Thursday on a request to his revoke bail in an assault case, after the former "Jackass" star was cited for a drunken disturbance at a hotel. The incident was two weeks after a district judge agreed to allow Margera to remain free on $50,000 bail, in an unrelated assault case involving a fight with his brother, Jesse. 4. A Pennsylvania resident contracted the deadly flesh-eating bacteria Vibrio vulnificus, which has killed eight people on the east coast this year, state health officials said. The infections are commonly associated with eating raw or undercooked oysters and other seafood, but also occur when people with open wounds or cuts come in contact with seawater or brackish water where the bacteria are present.
