PENNSYLVANIA — Public school teachers in Pennsylvania can make vastly different salaries, depending on which school district employs them.
Most top school districts in Pennsylvania pay their teachers a salary of $100,000 or more on average, making the state one of the best in the nation for teacher salaries, according to data compiler Niche.
The highest teacher salary in the state is at Council Rock School District, where the average instructor makes $122,000 a year, according to Niche.
