1. Officials are still searching for two escaped inmates who cut a hole through a fence in Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center on Sunday night. One of the men is accused of killing four people, and officials say they should both be considered armed and dangerous. 2. The fate of a fire-damaged building is tied up in Bucks County, as officials say insurance issues are making any progress difficult. The structure on South State Street in Newtown Borough was heavily damaged in an arson fire last March, which was allegedly set by a tenant. The resulting fire heavily damaged the building, which housed several apartments on the upper floors and the Pro Shop on the first floor. (Read more on Patch.)

4. Two people are in custody after a bomb threat made by two Neshaminy High School students cleared the school Wednesday morning, police said. The school, which has more than 2,700 students, dismissed early for the day and police searched until about 2:15 p.m. (Read more on Patch.)
