1. Officials are still seeking an accused murderer who escaped from a prison in Philadelphia last week, and have charged an inmate with their escape. Jose Flores-Huerta, 35, has been charged with escape and conspiracy after officials say he stood as lookout for the two escapees.(Read more on Patch.)

2. A Philadelphia man also faces charges in connection with the breakout at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center. U.S. Marshals took Michael Abrams, 21, into custody Monday and charged him in connection with the escape of Nasir Grant, 24, and Ameen Hurst, 18. (Read more on Patch.)
3. Make sure you know what will be on the ballot tomorrow if you're headed out to vote —Pennsylvania will once again be in the nation's eyes as voters head to the polls Tuesday to cast ballots for what are largely school board and municipal government races, but also a new state Supreme Court seat and a pair of special state representative seats. 4. A 14-year-old boy died after being shot twice at a SEPTA station in West Philadelphia Saturday afternoon, and police are seeking his killer. The victim, identified as Whort Whipple, was found at the station and taken to a hospital where he later died. Police released photos of the suspect, shown above. (Read more on Patch.)
5. Former star of MTV's "Jackass" Bam Margera is scheduled to be in court this week after being charged with assaulting his brother. Margera, 43, turned himself in to state police at Avondale on April 27, four days after he was on the run on charges of being involved in a physical fight with his brother, Jesse.
