Police set up a barricade around the home, according to authorities, and Golicher was taken into custody shortly before 1 a.m.

Before police arrived, an affidavit of probable cause obtained by PennLive.com said Golicher was drinking and became upset with a woman outside the home. Court documents said Golicher hit the woman with a bicycle and knocked her to the ground before picking up a fish tank and hitting her several more times, PennLive.com reported. He also punched the woman several times, the report said.
