Real estate company sells 11 Lehigh Valley industrial properties months after buying them (mcall.com) — A major portfolio of industrial buildings in Lehigh County, including warehouses near Lehigh Valley International Airport and along I-78 in Upper Macungie, just changed hands for $61.5 million. While none are inside Allentown city limits, the sale underscores continuing demand for logistics and industrial space that shapes jobs, traffic, and tax bases across the broader Allentown area.
