Derek Gearhart DC, M-ART, is proud to announce that he has earned certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to treat and rehabilitate golfing injuries.
The three-level education course teaches students how to identify and help golfer’s overcome physical restrictions that are limiting their potential. Each workshop features the latest in golf-specific health and fitness, from golf swing biomechanics, physical screening techniques, exercise prescriptions, to the most recent research and development in the field of golf swing analysis.
“TPI certification will enable me to give a comprehensive physical screening to my clients and allow me to help them perform at an optimal level,” said Dr. Gearhart.

Dr Gearhart will now be providing golfers with a thorough analysis of body mechanics to find limitations within their golf swings. He will also be able to assess any biomechanical dysfunctions related to golfing injuries that cause pain. As a doctor and exercise physiologist, he is qualified to provide the proper treatment.
