David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announced at a recent companywide award event that the Blue Bell office, under the leadership of H. Daniel Caparo as the branch vice president, was the companywide office with the greatest growth in 2015.

In addition, the office received the companywide American Home Shield Award for Top Office for Buyer and Seller Protection Plans.
