Ambler YMCA opens the pool every Saturday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for a recreational swim for children and adults with special needs.
The program promotes socialization and fun.
All participants will be required to fill out an application/medical release form, and be accompanied by a parent, TSS worker or legal guardian, who must stay in the water at all times. They must also complete a swimming test administered by the lifeguard.

An aquatic chair lift is available to lower participants into the pool.
