
Join kickboxing instructor Heather Shaffer on Saturday mornings for a high-intensity interval workout that combines plyometrics, body weight strength training, agility exercises, and kickboxing moves (including contact with targets) into a fun and practical workout. No prior kickboxing experience is necessary.
What to Expect
Expect to work hard for the entire hour...these workouts are designed to build strength and burn calories fast. Engage in this type of activity three to four days per week, and you will get RESULTS.
What to Prepare
Bring a pair of protective (i.e., MMA or boxing) gloves, a water bottle, and a towel. Wear comfortable fitness apparel and sneakers. A small number of loaner gloves will be available if you don't own a pair. (Gloves are also available for purchase when you register online.) We will meet rain or shine.

Where we Meet
We meet in the Parkside Place Complex, at the parking lot in front of the pavilion. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the beginning of class.
