Who: Runners and walkers of all ages. Bring your friends and come out and have a great time.
When: Sunday November 11, 2012
Registration from 8am – 9:50am
Run/Walk starts at 10 am
Where: Wissahickon High School: 521 Houston Rd., Ambler, PA 19002
Awards: Prizes given to top 3 male and female contenders overall and in the following age categories: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and up. There will also be raffle prizes.
Donations: ANY PERSONAL DONATIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! Regardless of if you are running/walking: Checks can be made out to the American Cancer Society, and sealed in an envelope, attached to registration form.
Register: Online at active.com thru November 10, 2012 (search “Running for Hope 5k”), or complete the form below and submit a $20 check for pre-register, ($25 the day of) made payable to the American Cancer Society. T-shirts will only be guaranteed to those who register before October 20, 2012.
About the Event: Running for Hope is an event organized by Nick Gude, Andrew Brindell, John Fadel, and Jay Draham as a graduation project at Wissahickon High School. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society, an organization dedicated to the elimination of Cancer through research, awareness, and service. Please be a part in the effort to promote cancer awareness and find a cure. Your participation matters.
