Spring Into Summer 5K/10K Run & Walk

Ambler Area YMCA will host the Spring Into Summer 5K/10K, June 13 at 6 p.m.

The certified 5K course takes a fast and flat route through a residential area, starting near Wissahickon High School and finishing with a lap around the stadium track. The course also proceeds for one mile on a nature trail.

Awards will be given for top overall male and female finishers, as well as top finishers in age groups.

Pre-register online: Adults $25, children 10 and under $12; Race-day registration: Adults $30, children $12 and under $12.

Your registration fee includes a free dri-fit microfiber t-shirt (for the first 700 registrants), free supervised kids' activities while Mom and Dad run, post-event refreshments, Olympic-style finish, USTF certified course and chip timing.
