Yoga For EveryBODY

At Art & Soul our yoga is for EVERYBODY. Whether you've never done yoga before or you've done classes on TV, or at the gym, our classes are different. We do traditional Hatha yoga. This style nurtures what ever your body is needing, in the moment, to be healthier, more stress free and back-ache free. Our classes are small, intimate, individualized for who ever is in the class. The class explores postures, breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha Yoga. This class is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students who want to deepen their practice. Destress, increase flexibilty, heal, decrease back pain, strengthen abdominal muscles, move energy through the body, improve overall well-being, and move toward bliss!
