Local web marketing firm holds contest for free website makeover

There are ugly ducklings; there are ugly tomatoes; but who do you know that has an ugly website? In an effort to make over the Internet one website at a time, beMarketing of Lafayette Hill is holding an Ugly Website Contest and will award one “ugly” winner a free website makeover. Websites can be nominated by completing an entry form at bemarketing.com/contest. Nominations will be accepted until 4:59 p.m. on March 31, 2016.
Three nominated websites will be selected by beMarketing as the “ugliest” contenders and will be posted on the firm’s website Monday, April 4, 2016 so that public voting can begin. Voting will continue until 5 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016 and the “ugliest” will be crowned the grand prize winner and awarded a complete website redesign.
“There are so many businesses that need an upgrade on their website so they can compete in today’s market place, said Brandon Rost, President and CEO of beMarketing. “We want to give one lucky business the opportunity to receive a free website redesign to help them turn their frog of a website into a prince, so that they can compete effectively in their industry.”
