GYPSY BLU IN AMBLER DISHES OUT NEW MENU ITEMS, DRINK SPECIALS AND BRUNCH JUST IN TIME FOR FALL!
Ambler's Hottest New Bar and Restaurant Reveals Exciting Happy Hour Deal, Tailgate Menu and a Brunch Menu

The temperatures may be falling outside but at Gypsy Blu (34 East Butler Pike, Ambler PA) things are just starting to heat up this fall. Thanks to the creative genius of Chef and Partner Clark Glibert, Gypsy Blu’s menu has received a few seasonal additions including more dishes that can be shared like the charcuterie plate, cheese plate and truffle fries. He has also spiced up the menu with a few of his specialties including the beef tartar and the warm brussel sprout salad.
In addition to the new menu items, Gypsy Blu has also added a happy hour special Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM at the bar featuring $2 off select wine (including Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec, and Pinot Noir), $2 off draft beer, $5 SKYY cocktails and $6 SKYY Martinis. A happy hour menu has also been introduced, which includes a variety of Gypsy Blu’s best dishes for sharing like fried calamari, mussels (in red or white), truffle fries, crispy risotto balls and a Kobe beef burger all for under $10.
For football fans, this same menu is available during all games in the bar area.

Looking for a new place in Ambler for brunch? Well, Gypsy Blu is the place to go every Saturday and Sunday! Kicking off at 10 AM on both days, the brunch menu features 10 dishes including lobster eggs benedict, stuffed French toast and more. Endless Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and screwdrivers are also available for just $12.

About Gypsy Blu
Located at 34 East Butler Pike in Ambler PA, Gypsy Blu is Marianne Gere and Kim Strengari’s fourth restaurant. They co-own Gypsy Blu with Chef and Partner Clark Gilbert, a renown chef in the Philadelphia area. Gere and Strenfari also own Stella Blu, Gypsy Saloon and Southern Cross Kitchen, all located in Conshohocken, PA. They also own and operate ConshyGirls Catering.
Gypsy Blu opened in 2015 and features a variety of dishes that were inspired by Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon. The restaurant seats about 50 inside and has a large outside dining space.
The restaurant is open seven days a week. Monday through Friday it is open from 11:30 AM to 10 PM for dining and the bar is open until 12 AM. Saturday it is open from 10 AM to 1 PM and the bar is open until 2 AM. Sunday it is open at 10 AM until 10 PM and the bar is open until midnight.
