Holy Thursday Worship Service with the Living Last Supper

For some, the darkness of Holy Week needs to be experienced in order to truly experience the joy of Easter. Join us for our moving, traditional Maundy Thursday worship service with communion and the Living Last Supper.

Thirteen men of the congregation have spent 8 weeks in bible study and preparing their own monologues, sharing their last words to Christ. What would Jesus say to his disciples knowing that one of them will betray him? How would Judas, James, John or Simon respond to Christ's statement "Tonight one of you will betray me."

Following communion, the solemn act of stripping the altar will be done as part of the service in preparation for Good Friday.

A free will offering will be taken.
