Parking Symposium to be Held Jan. 10

Ambler Main Street has scheduled a Parking Symposium for Jan. 10, to look at the parking situation in downtown Ambler and discuss “actionable steps the community can take to alleviate capacity constraints,” according to the Facebook event page.

At Tuesday’s Borough Council meeting, Council invited councilmen, downtown merchants, and all interested parties to come and discuss downtown parking.

TownShapes, LLC will present a review of the most recent downtown parking study prior to an open discussion of ideas.

Mary Aversa, Borough Manager for , said the last parking study was done by the Borough approximately four years ago.

The meeting will be held at the from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Jan. 10.
