Readers Choose Rosey's BBQ as Best Family Friendly Restaurant

We asked, and with some steep area competition, Lower Gwynedd-Ambler-Whitpain Patch readers voted Ambler’s as the area’s best Family Friendly restaurant.

The restaurant, at 9 N Main Street in Ambler, has a limited number of seats, but is perfect for families, couples and groups to sit back, relax and eat some delicious BBQ, or pick some up to take home.

The restaurant hosts on Friday nights, with slow blues music and diners have had the opportunity to taste Forest and Main Brewery’s beer before the Ambler brewery has opened.

Ambler Patch reader Jonathan Seitz said of Rosey’s, “Rosey's is serious BBQ! Besides the great ribs and brisket, they have the best baked beans I've ever had.”

Ryan Ireland, another Ambler Patch reader said, “the food is always excellent. My "usual" is their wings (dry or w the hot bbq sauce), but when I want to change things up their pork sandwich really hits the spot. Their sweet potato mash is good.”
