RSVP Nonprofit Management Workshop - Board Development

RSVP's Volunteer Executive Consultants (VEC) will hold the third in a series of seminars of May 19th from 10:00 am to noon at their new office location:  901 East 8th Avenue, Suite 200, King of Prussia, PA  19406.

This seminar will deal with the issue of not only finding board members but also examining the reasons why organizations are not successful in the recruitment process. Effective ways to motivate board members as well as suggestions for the process of shaping your nonprofit's board into an effective resource will be discussed.

Presenter Ron Gawel is a former corporate executive with 40+ years of experience in Operations and Strategic Planning with RCA, GE, Martin Marietta and Lockheed. He is presently a consultant specializing in Leadership Training and holds a certificate in Life, Career and Executive Coaching. Ron is currently President of RSVP's Board of Directors.
