AP: What made you decide to open a business?
R-BBQ: My love for food, cooking and my passion for BBQ lead me to open Rosey's in 2009
AP: What’s your most popular item?
R-BBQ: our most popular item is our brisket. I take great pride in what I think is the toughest of the BBQ meats to master. We cook it for over 16 hours!
Rosey's BBQ is open Wednesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 8 p.m. Learn more about Rosey's BBQ on their website and on their Facebook page.
