THREE TIME'S A CHARM FOR GYPSY BLU THIS VALENTINE'S DAY!
Acclaimed Ambler Restaurant to Show Its Love By Offering a Special Kid-Friendly Brunch and Two Special Menu Options
This Valentine’s Day, Gypsy Blu in Ambler is getting the whole family involved by hosting a kid-friendly brunch in the morning followed by two menu options later that day.
The “Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Brunch” will kick off at 10 AM and run until 2:30 PM and feature lots of activities for the little ones, including games, crafts and even live music by Bill Moos from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. But not to worry, there will also be bottomless mimosas and bloody mary’s for the adults as well!
Later, Gypsy Blu will showcase not one but two Valentine’s Day Prix Fix Menu options for guests. The first is a three course prix fixe menu for $35 a person and the second is four course prix fixe menu for $50.

Specialty items range from Grilled Salmon with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Lemon Oil, Cavatappi Primavera with Grilled Vegetables, Lemon Sauce and Ricotta to New York Strip with Whipped Potatoes, Harricot Verts, Truffle Demi and Molten Lava Cake for dessert.
