Veronica "Ronnie" Bodne, 87, of Ambler

Veronica "Ronnie" Bodne passed away on Sunday surrounded by her family.

Veronica "Ronnie" Bodne (nee Logan), 87, of Ambler and formerly of Olney, died peacefully on Sunday, March 25, 2012 in Abington Memorial Hospital, surround by her family.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (nee Phillips) Logan. She is survived by her sister Genevieve Phillips of Flourtown and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Bodne was preceded in death by her husband Robert, and her six siblings, Joseph Logan, Alice Walder, Edward "Ted" Logan, Marie Cutler, and James Francis Logan who died in infancy.

She was employed by Sears for 45 years until her retirement.

Family and friends may call Thursday, March 29th, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, with the Rev. Msgr. Stephen P. McHenry, Pastor. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham.
