• More Resignations Leave Archbald Planning Commission Without Quorum to Review Data Center Proposals (audacy.com) — Archbald's planning commission cannot review pending proposals for at least eight data centers after three more resignations left it without a quorum. Borough Council must accept the resignations and appoint replacements to get the advisory board working again. Its next regular public meeting is Nov. 18 at 6 p.m.
   

• Data center and warehouse developer transfers Archbald property for $4M (thetimes-tribune.com) — PNK Group plans to share details of two proposed Archbald data centers in December, after transferring a 44.47-acre business park parcel between affiliated companies for $4 million. The developer says a Jessup open house will give residents a chance to question the plans, but no date is confirmed.
   

• FIRST IN NEPA: Gov. Josh Shapiro Breaks Down the Democratic Sweep and the New Trifecta on WILK (audacy.com) — Gov. Josh Shapiro credited Archbald residents with shaping his data center policy and said he would ask lawmakers to put municipal veto power into law. In a WILK interview following Democrats' election sweep, he also outlined priorities including a $15 minimum wage, affordable housing and recreational marijuana legalization.
