2 Lower Merion Homes Burglarized Recently: Police

Police said in one case a window screen was cut open and in the other case the garage was scaled and a second floor window pried open.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – Two Lower Merion Township homes were broken into recently, according to Lower Merion Township Police.

Police said a home in Bala Cynwyd was burglarized Oct. 16 and a home in Narberth was burglarized sometime before Oct. 15.

According to police, a home on the 300 block of Cynwyd Road in Bala Cynwyd was broken into sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The burglars got inside the home by cutting and removing a window screen, police said.

And a home on the 1000 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue in Narberth was broken into sometime before Oct. 15.

The burglars got inside the home by climbing the garage then prying open a second floor window, police said.
