Accident at L.M. High School Cleared Quickly
A trapped man was rescued by firefighters.
A midday accident on Monday that closed Montgomery Avenue in front of Lower Merion High School in Ardmore caused no serious injuries and involved no high school students, authorities said later in the afternoon.
The , along with rescue companies from and Belmont Hills, responded to the scene to free a trapped occupant from an automobile, a spokesman said.
The closure snarled traffic diverted to Church, Owen and Penn roads, adding to congestion already caused by the closure of N. Wynnewood Avenue, bordering Narberth and Wynnewood, due to construction. The road was re-opened by 12:30 p.m.

The unidentified man was quickly extricated by firefighters, it was reported.
