Adoptions From The Heart Receives Generous Donation
Adoption From The Heart receives a generous donation from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Wynnewood, PA
On Wednesday, July 25, 2018 Adoptions From The Heart (AFTH) was presented a check for over $400 from Wynnewood’s newest bakery Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Bakery owner Kim Wright presented the check to AFTH’s Founder and Executive Director Maxine Chalker and Associate Director Heidi Gonzales. 6ABC Action News was there to cover the event.
This generous donation was made possible by Nothing Bundt Cakes who donated 20% of all proceeds on July 13, 2018. All the money donated goes directly to the Birth Parent Scholarship fund. The fund was set up to help birth parents get on their feet and establish a career. The recipient(s) can use the money to pay for trade schools, undergraduate studies or for graduate studies at a university.
