Ardmore Bank Robbed Wednesday
Lower Merion Police said the Citizens Bank branch on West Lancaster Avenue was robbed in the early evening Wednesday.
ARDMORE, PA — Police in Lower Merion Township said a bank in Ardmore was robbed Wednesday early evening.
According to police, the Citizens Bank branch located at 225 W. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore was robbed at about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
A man came into the bank and gave a teller a demand note that said he had a weapon, police said.

After getting cash from the teller, the man left the bank on foot and was last see heading north on Woodside Road, police said.
He was described as a black man with a light complexion, medium build, and was wearing a black jacket and black baseball hat.
