Frazier-Sallad was released Thursday after posting 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
A third suspect remains at large and police are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
The student left Kelly's Bar, on the 1100 block of E. Lancaster Avenue, at around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6 with a woman, police said.
They made it down to Prospect Avenue and were heading toward County Line Road when the three suspects began "verbally accosting" the pair, according to authorities.
The victim told the woman to run, and an argument with the three suspects began that soon turned violent.
At some point during the ensuing confrontation, the student was stabbed, although police said he did not realize he'd been stabbed until later. The suspects left in an unknown direction.
A driver passing by stopped and asked if he was okay, and he told her that he was, according to police. The student then walked home, and when he realized he'd been stabbed, walked to Bryn Mawr Hospital. He remains there in stable condition, police said.
