Ardmore Music Hall Hosting Tribute To Late Allman Brothers Band Drummer Butch Trucks
Even the official Allman Brothers Band Facebook page is talking about the show.
Fans of the Allman Brothers Band were surely saddened to hear about the death of drummer Butch Trucks, who died in January this year.
But they should remember him fondly and can do so at the Butch Trucks tribute show on Thursday, March 30 at the Ardmore Music Hall.
The show will feature all Allman Brother Band tunes in memory of Trucks.

"Members of the Allman Brothers Family come together for 1 night only at The Ardmore Music Hall to pay tribute to the late drummer Butch Trucks," the Ardmore Music Hall says of the show. "Musicians from Butch's own band, The Freight Train Band, along with members of Les Brers, The Freight Train Band, Jaimoe's Jasssz Band, Dickey Betts Band and others play the music of Allman Brothers, with Graham Lesh's band Midnight North starting off the night."

- Junior Mack (Jaimoe's Jasssz Band)- Guitar & vocals;
- Lamar Williams Jr. (Les Brers)- Vocals;
- Tad Isch (Butch Trucks & the Freight Train Band) - Drums;
- David Stoltz (Jaimoe's Jasssz Band)- Bass;
- Garrett Dawson (Butch Trucks & the Freight Train Band)- Percussion;
- Andy Aledort (Dickey Betts Band) - Slide Guitar;
- and special guest Grahame Lesh- Guitar.
Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, and $35 for reserved tickets. You can pick up tickets online here.
Proceeds from the night will go to The Big House Foundation, courtesy of the Butch Trucks fund, which benefits The Allman Brothers Band museum and educational program.
Doors for the show open at 7:30p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.
The show is a 21-and-up event, so make sure you have your ID.
