Armed Robbery Near St Joe's Campus: Report

Two men approached a woman at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, told her they were armed, and stol her wallet, according to a new report.

PHILADELPHIA — A St. Joseph's University student was robbed by two men claiming to be armed Tuesday, according to Action News.

The outlet reports the victim was robbed at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29 while walking by herself at 58th Street and Wyndale Avenue.

Two men approached her and asked what was in her bag, then told her they were armed.

According to Action News she gave them her wallet and they ran off.

One suspect was described as black teenage male with a dark complexion, standing 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, who was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
