DUI Crackdown In Lower Merion This Weekend
Lower Merion Police will be conducting roving patrols throughout the township this weekend to stop driving under the influence.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — This weekend, Lower Merion Township Police are cracking down on driver who are under the influence.
From Nov. 14 through Nov. 17, police in Lower Merion will conduct impaired driving roving patrols throughout the township.
This initiative is in partnership with a national impaired driving crackdown featuring intensified, highly visible enforcement activities using the tagline "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over."

The focus will be on finding motorists who are operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
Roving patrol details are funded by a PennDOT grant and are one of many tools used to increase public safety through increased awareness created by high profile enforcement.
