Fire Battled In Downtown Ardmore Friday
All Lower Merion Township fire companies responded to a fire in a business in downtown Ardmore Friday evening.
ARDMORE, PA — Firefighters battled a fire at in Ardmore Friday evening.
According to the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore, crews were called to Nudy's Cafe, 11 Cricket Ave., at about 7:24 p.m. Friday.
Firefighters found heavy smoke in the basement of two businesses.

A working fire was declared and all Lower Merion fire companies responded to quell the fire.
Crews and a sprinkler system were quickly able to get an electrical panel fire under control after about 50 minutes, the fire company said.
