Fire Prompts Response At Downtown Ardmore Business
A dryer fire brought first responders to Delice & Chocolat Saturday night in Ardmore.
ARDMORE, PA — Firefighters battled a fire at an Ardmore business Saturday night.
According to the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore, firefighters were called to Delice & Chocolat, 4 Station Road, at about 8:32 p.m. Saturday.
Responders were met with heavy smoke in the business' basement.

Command was established and the call was expanded to have all Lower Merion fire companies to respond.
Firefighters advanced a hose line and quickly extinguished a dryer fire in the basement.

There were no injuries and the fire department was on location for 90 minutes.
