Harriton Football Could Close Strong Thursday Night
The team could win five games for the first time since 2006.

High School has a chance to win five football games in a season for the first time since 2006 when the Rams close out against Truman on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
Rams’ coach Matt Barr has seen some good things during this 4-6 season.
“We’ve put up some huge numbers offensively,” Barr said. “Ryan Kelly has solidified himself as one of the best tight ends in the Central League and the area. We’ve done a great job protecting our quarterback all year, and we put a scare into teams.”

Barr also said defensive coordinators in the Central League would tell you they had a tough time preparing for the upstart Rams, despite their losing record.
“We just couldn’t stop anyone this year,” Barr said. “Unfortunately, we just wore down. But we are a young team and hopefully these guys will develop.”
