Help is Here for College Application Essays!

The Women’s Empowerment Series, Inc. announces the launch of The Narrative Edge: Master Your Story. Build Your Future, a six-week writing course designed for high school junior and senior girls who are preparing to craft standout college application essays and strengthen their confidence as writers and self-advocates.

Held on Wednesdays from September 23 through October 28, the workshop will guide students through the process of identifying meaningful personal stories, developing authentic essay themes, and refining drafts into polished, memorable narratives that reflect their character, resilience, leadership, and future potential.

“Your story is your most valuable asset—don’t leave it to chance,” said Lisa Dent, Founder of The Women’s Empowerment Series, Inc. “The Narrative Edge helps students move beyond generic essay writing and discover the experiences, values, and insights that make them unforgettable.”

Students will leave the course with more than a College Application essay. They will gain a strategic blueprint for presenting themselves with clarity, purpose, and confidence in academic, scholarship, and professional settings.

Families and students interested in participating in The Narrative Edge are encouraged to register early, as space is limited.
