LMSD Delays Vaccine Clinic, Meeting Following Principal's Death
As the Lower Merion School District community mourn the untimely death of Principal Sean Hughes, it has delayed Monday's events.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — After the tragic death of Lower Merion High School Principal Sean Hughes, the Lower Merion School District has postponed two events planned for Monday.
Monday's board meeting and the 5- to 11-year-old student coronavirus vaccination clinic have been delayed a week following the Saturday morning crash in which Hughes died. He was 51.
The district will hold both the regular board meeting and the clinic Monday, Nov. 22.

The board of school directors will meet at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22 in the District Administration Building Board Room.
As for the clinic, it will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22 in the Lower Merion High School cafeteria. Second shots will now be given at a clinic in the cafeteria from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Dec. 13.
