Looking for an Entry Level Job in Ardmore? Sales Positions Lead Nation in Availability

ARDMORE, PA — Recent college graduates—and people who will be seniors in the coming school year—would be wise to start scoping out the kinds of jobs that are good entry-level positions.

SmartRecruiters culled data from 700 companies that are hiring, 1 million job listings and over 100,000 people who were hired to find out where to start looking for that first job.

The data revealed which kind of entry-level positions are available in the greatest numbers, as well as industries in which college grads can expect to be quickly hired, according to a spokeswoman.

Sales positions led the list of most available entry-level positions nationwide, followed by customer service and administrative jobs.

And for those looking to be hired quickly, sales positions are filled fastest, according to SmartRecruiters, with an average time to hire of 43 days.

The industry doing the most hiring is technology, the survey said, followed by health care and communications.
