Lower Merion Lifts Snow Emergency Status​

Lower Merion Township announced it has lifted the snow emergency that went into effect at midnight.

All township offices, libraries, and recreation facilities will remain closed Thursday, however.

Residents still must follow the township's snow removal guidelines despite the emergency being lifted.

Trash and recycling collection will be limited to curbside only.

Any residents experiencing power outages should call PECO directly at 1-800-841-4141, the township said.
